Candle Care Instructions

When lighting candle for the first time burn until wax melts evenly across entire surface; this prevents tunneling and creates an even burn for the duration of the candle’s life. This may initially take 2-4 hrs. Avoid excessive burn time, no more than 4 hrs is recommended.

Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable objects. Do not burn your candle all the way down. Always leave at least 1.5” of non-molten wax at the bottom. 

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always store your candles in a cool, dark, and dry place. Avoid placing your candles where they will be directly exposed to sunlight harsh indoor lighting.

Trim the candle wick after each burn. This prevents smoking and soot reduction on the next burn and from burning the sides of the glass. We recommend trimming 1/4” to 1/8” each time. To avoid soot from forming wipe inner glass, when cooled, with a damp cloth or towel.

Extinguish a candle if it smokes, flickers, or the flame becomes too high. These signs indicate the candle is not burning properly and the flame isn’t controlled. Let the candle cool, trim the wick, then check for drafts before re-lighting.

Return Policy

IMPORTANT: Please double check your address, especially shipping address, before placing your order.  Once your order is placed it is difficult for us to make any changes. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are packaged and shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery for our records. Final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages. Any product(s) arriving damaged and/or broken or if customer received incorrect items can be refunded at the purchase price paid. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns, please save tracking information. We do not refund shipping fees.
